I'm 18!! :-)
So my birthday is over...but it was GREAT! I realized i have so many ppl that love and care about me enough to make my birthday special! thanks guys. :-D it started on Tuesday-- Aaron took me out (since he left for YIG on Wednesday). we went to sticky fingers (b/c wild wings was closed) and he surprised me by taking me to BUILD-A-BEAR!! :-) i got my tye dyed bear that i've been wanting. it was kinda corny, but ive been bugging him to get me a bear from there for a long time--and he did!! so that was grrrreat. thanks baby.
Thursday was my actual bday (Dec. 2) and i got to school and was surprised w/ BALLOONS from tina and kel! :-D it was funny b/c i had to carry them around w/ me allllll day long and ppl were like "omg laura i could see you from the other side of the hall!" but yeah--i love my friends. it was cute. thursday night, my parents and lauren took me to outback and it was yummy. after dinner we went to my grandparents house, b/c my gma was feeling sick and didnt want to leave the house to come out to eat w/ us. so we brought my carvel cake over there ate it. I got a earings/necklace set from my gma and gpa. its gorgeous--& its my birthstone. i also got a DIGITAL CAMERA!! haha ive been playing w/ it all weekend. its great! ive been wanting one of those for so long. its a cannon one, so its really really good. now all i have to do is figure out how to hook the camera up to the computer so i can post my bday party pics on here!!
Friday night i went to Barleys w/ all my friends (well not all b/c a lot of ppl had to work or other prior engagements they couldnt get out of). but it was fun. tiny and chris surprised me by coming to eat w/ us. it was great to see them since i never do anymore. i miss those guys. i took tons of funny pictures, videos, and stuff. yay! so after downtown, i headed out w/ ashley and savannah and we hit up some clubs and did stuff you can only do if you're 18 or older. hahaha. (if you want to know more, just ask. im not posting the details on here. ;-) lol) it was a crazy night, but fun none the less. :-D i love you ashy!
So anyway--that was my bday weekend! i couldnt have asked for a better one!
Aaron finally got home yesterday!!!!!!!!!!! i missed him lots. i dont know how we're gonna survive in college being 2 hours away from eachother all the time, rather than just 4 days. ahh i dont wanna think about that!!! but yesterday was fun. we went to Moe's to eat, then we rented Fight Club and watched it at his house. It was a GRRREAT movie! i loved it (once aaron explained it to me) haha. yes, im dumb, i need my genuis boyfriend to explain movies to me. hes good to have around. haha.
Lindsay--me and you have to go to blind horse when you get home, b/c its really fun. Susan can come too if she wants--lol. i missed you this weekend. bdays are weird with the 3 of us not being together. :-( i missed you!!!
