so boys and girls, this is why you should NEVER drink and drive
so yesterday, after decision day (which was pretty awesome, btw) we got home, and me and my dad went over to my uncles to help him clean up his house a lil bit before his dinner guests came over. we were sitting in the living room, which is at the front of his house, and we hear this huge crash, and my dad goes outside to see what happened and he looks over at the direction of our house, and sees this car, so he figures they got into an accident so he starts walking home cuz its right in front of our house, and to see if they needed help and everything
so he starts walking home and i look out the door and im like...uhh holy crap, that car is flipped over! so what this long drawn out story comes down to is, 4 ppl, 2 girls, 2 guys, drunk as hell came speeding, at least 70, down the road, glanced a tree, started going sideways, hit the driverside front bumper into a telephone pole, flipped their car, took out HALF of the fricking pole, they climbed out, live phone/electric/cable wires everywhere, one of the wires starts a fire, they use our waterhose to put the fire out, the people are fine, most likely because they were drunk, and we didnt get our power back till 3 this morning. we still dont have our phone back, but that should be fixed sometime between tonight and tmrw night.
anyway, never drink and drive. this could have ended much worse, thank goodness it didnt.
