Question - I'm only signing up for one prompt at the moment, but if I finish it and have time for a second, I can sign up for another one later, right? (Assuming it hasn't already been claimed twice, that is.)

Yes, you may, if it hasn't been claimed twice and there are posting dates left. However, if every date is completely filled at the end of March 10, to claim a prompt after that you'll have to wait and see if someone drops out and opens up a slot. That's likely, especially toward the end of the fest, but not guaranteed.

Yes, someone noticed after we posted that there were two prompts run together under 107. If you want to claim either of them, please claim them as 107A or 107B. We can't actually renumber them at this point without screwing up the numbering all through the rest of the list.

Just another question: can we still use prompts in our own fic and not officially submit for them, as long as we credit?

Yes, after the fest is over you can write to any of the prompts with no time limit, whether they've been claimed and written already or not, and we'll put up a post where you can link those stories.

Are there any requirements about fic length?

There's a minimum length of 1000 words, and no maximum. It's in the FAQ above. :-)
