A little from Column A...a little from Column B
Well folks, I've got some good news, and some not so good news. We'll start with the bad...
Got my midterm grades back and I've got to say, making the Dean's List again isn't looking very likely. Actually, it's looking far from even close. Ouch. I emailed one of my professors about my midterm grade though because she says I have a C+ and there is NO WAY that is possible, because everything that we have turned in for a grade I have gotten an A on and then I got like one B+, so I just don't see how it all factored together. Anyway, grades suck, but eh, such is college life.
On a much, much, lighter, and far more AWESOME note, I just found out that Matt Wertz will be playing in CHICAGO on April 16 which happens to be a Saturday and not around a super busy time of school so it works PERFECTLY to go and I am SO EXCITED!!!! I seriously thought I wasn't going to get to see him again until next fall...if I was lucky. But alas, God is good, and he has blessed me with my Wertz man in a town nearby, once more before the summer hits. Life is good folks, life is good.
Question. Should I spend $30 on a ticket to go see Gavin DeGraw?
Let me rephrase that. Should I spend money on a ticket to see Gavin DeGraw smack dab in the middle of finals week? Yeah. It's a risk. And um, I REALLY want to see him, but dude, I'm leaning towards a NO just because my classes this semester are harder as it is so I probably shouldn't risk my grades for a concert. As much as a concert-aholic I am...*sigh*
