[Rfena rolls over in her bed, circuits slowly coming online. She wasn't aware that she'd decativated for any length of time.

And then she comes face to face with Sulphur, and the information slowly converts in her brain. She'd eaten the humanizing brownies, she'd drank and ate and...

and she'd slept with Sulphur. Oh my.

[Hnnmph. Sulphur hates being woken up; she's used to getting up on her own time. She blinks herself awake, rubs her eyes with the back of her knuckles, and,

...She gapes. Just a little bit.]

Hello. I believe I... we may have engaged in... coitus? While I was human. If I am remembering correctly.

[Her words come slowly out of a sense of delicacy about the situation.]

[Sulphur's head is clearing pretty quickly from the sleep, but she's got...a bit of a headache. Fff. Her ears flutter a bit, and she makes an attempt to take this all in.]

Yeaaaaaaahh. I kinda think we did.

[She's fully aware that the situation is completely different, now that Rfena's robotic again, and...she doesn't quite know how to handle it.]

[She has routines for this, doesn't she? A quick scan reveals nothing for dealing with so-called 'morning afters', so she is on her own here. So she goes her own way.]

Are you feeling well? You are not in physical discomfort?

[Addressing those pesky problems and emotions can come after she is sure Sully is fine.]

Uhm, headache -- but not from this. That. Well, from what was before it. All the drinking. I'm fine.

[Sulphur shifts anxiously on the bed.]

I can get you aspirin.

[Have Reffy getting up like she does this all the time and nothing is wrong, after a moment grabbing her pants and a shirt to put on as she goes into the bathroom. After a moment she comes back out with that and a glass of water, dressed somewhat.]

[Sulphur's a little disappointed that Reffy's clothed, now, but she pushes the thought away quickly and wraps herself in the sheets as she sits up to accept the aspirin and water and down it.]

[Awkward pause.]

Should...I say I'm sorry or something?

[Rfena seats herself a small distance - but not too far - from Sulphur, watching her. After a moment she shakes her head.]

There is nothing to apologize for. I was human and the sensations were new and accordingly pleasant... my concern is for you. I should apologize; I took advantage.

No, no - if anything I took advantage of you, I think.

[Her ears lower a bit, and she stares at the mattress. It's hard to decide what to feel about this, really.]

[She pauses, and reaches for Sulphur's hand.]

I will say that I know I did enjoy it, while I could. I care for you quite a lot, even in this form. You are.. important to me.

[Sulphur tries to stop shifting anxiously and lets Rfena take ahold of her hand.]

Are we just gonna...try and forget this happened and go back to the whole normal-friends thing?

[She knows that that is probably what Reffy wants, so...]

[Rfena tilts her head, a clue to the fact that she's thinking.]

It is quite impossible for me to forget this happened, especially since it happened when I was... human. I would be.. willing to try a relationship, but you would have to understand that I do not... as much as I think and feel, there are still differences.

I do not literally feel, as you may know. This is an advantage for things like pain, and alcohol, but it is a disadvantage for things like intercourse, or... holding hands.

[She looks at their hands.]

I register that your hand is in mine, its ambient temperature, where it is touching, but I am not actually feeling your skin anymore.

[Sulphur listens as Rfena speaks, her gaze moving to their joined hands when she breaches the subject. She just kind of stares for a bit, trying to figure out what to say.]

You've -- you've got no idea how much I like the idea of um. Dating you. [Awkward terminology she learned from Linds, go.] But if you can't get anything out of it...isn't that just kind of unfair?

[She keeps her gaze on their hands as she speaks.]

In a sense it is.. unfair, now that I have experienced such things and can not again until the captain sees fit to give me the opportunity. But I care about you strongly, and I would be getting... an emotional and mental experience I would otherwise not have; a chance to explore these feelings.

And.. [Here she looks up, takes a deep breath.] I am sexually capable in this body. While I would not get anything physical out of it, and have little interest in it when in this body I would still be open to it, for you.

[Ah. Uhm. Woah. Sulphur doesn't even really know what to say to this. Basically Rfena's just ... giving her the go for a relationship? Even if it's (physically) one-sided. But that doesn't mean it is emotionally...because even though she's an android -- fff.]

If that - this? - is what you want, and it wouldn't be...bad for you, then...I don't have a problem with it.

[That's basically what Rfena is doing. She gives Sulphur a small smile. The emotional benefits outweigh the physical issues and contrasts. She squeezes the Pet's hand lightly.]

I am interested in trying this out, at the very least. And I care for you, so I do not have a problem with it.

I may not be.. the most sensitive individual, but if you will have me I would be glad for it.
