[As the comm turns on, Rfena's voice comes on, sounding tired and annoyed.]
I'm looking for a crewmember to give my frog. If any of you are listening, want to answer a question?
[Her tone brightens a bit, but is still serious as she continues speaking.]
For the rest of us passengers:
Got any information on the ship or its crew you'd like to share? Or

['Crappy' is hardly a polite term.]
A little worse for wear?

[Rfena lets out a little exhale.]
I'm just very...[She's searching for a good word.] frustrated. I learned some new things about the ship, and I... don't like it. I don't like the whole thing, and I'm tired of feeling powerless about my situation.

[She listens quietly, sighing a little. She sounds a little like herself when she arrived.]
I know. It's a very frustrating position and situation, one we can do little about. There was a mutiny attempt a while back, but I...
[Saying 'I slept through it' sounds really, really dumb.]
Well. It didn't end to well. The Captain mimics a God, and seems to have the powers as well. Mind if I inquire what you have learned, so far?

And yes, you may. [Have another little sigh.] There's one woman - one woman - whose responsible for our course, people coming back when they die, and the repairs on the ship.
This may not even be a ship, either. It could be an illusion hiding something else. Add on top of people randomly appearing and randomly disappearing, and the possibility that our homes are gone...

[This is news to the faerie. She hadn't really heard any of the information about this... woman, or the bits behind the ship. She's considered the possibility that this isn't really a ship, of course; she comes from a world where anything is possible, it is not so hard to believe. But...]
I... doubt that our homes are truly gone. How would they continue to pull people from them, then?
[She has another, mildly feeble explanation, but it's not a very strong one.]

[And that's the source of Rfena's frog question, Amaria. She's going to ask what the source of Redd's power is, even if the answer is Redd himself. At least then she knows.]
One of the passengers pointed out several theories - one is that it is simply one version of your home that has been taken. I'm from someone's future, but it could be an alternate future. We're proof enough alone that there are divulgent universes.
The second is that the worlds haven't ended right after us, but will in time. Depending.

[Redd can't be human, at the least. Not a human like she knows them, anyways. She considers the others words, sighing.]
That is very possibly, you're right. I have reasons that I'd like to say make it impossible for our homes to have been destroyed, but saying that they could end negates that argument.
[Another sigh.]
I can see why you're a bit upset, now.

I'd say at this point that anything is possible, as it stands. And yes, I'm very.. upset. But hopefully I'll get over it soon enough.
[Maybe by finding this woman and asking her questions.]

[Pause.]
I do hope you feel better soon, Rfena. Can I... do anything to help?
[This is her attempting to be social.]
Reply
I'll try to take my mind off it.
...You're welcome to join me in whatever I attempt as a diversion. Though there's not much I can think of.

[She's not sure what on the boat would be a good diversion for her, really.]
There is an arcade, and a library. I believe there's a pool somewhere as well, and a forest...
[If anything sounds interesting please stop her, Reffy.]

I've been to the library, but... what would you do if you wanted to distract yourself?
Reply
[That's a good question, one she's already having a hard time answering. That's something she's been trying to do for quite a while now, really.]
I... lately, I've been cooking, to occupy myself. Cakes, and things like that.
Reply
I've... never done that. Where I come from... [Well people do make their own food but she doesn't eat.] I never had to.
I'm better with mechanical things.
Reply
[She'd never really refer to Amaron as 'home', just... a place she had lived.]
I've never worked with anything 'mechanical' myself. We... don't have technology where I come from, not like we do here.
Reply
Why don't you show me how to cook something, and I'll show you some stuff about mechanics? [They'll both learn something, and it'll be a good distraction.]
