Alright, so it hasn't quite been a week since I updated last....
Made 4 tentstakes in blacksmithing. My arms are still telling me about it, too. This class should be good for getting more fit. :-)
Laid out the basics for the scroll, and chose papers for the different stanzas. Found a glorious piece of brown/grey silk to use as the background upon which the ricepaper will go.
The tent cover proceedeth -- doors all hemmed, and the fastening strips applied to the fronts. Finished the decorative shields and roundels, and will put them on after I get the inside fastening strips applied. Need to get all the grommets in. Uprights have been sanded, and I have all the hardware I need now (I hope).
Humanities 1 tomorrow. So far it's going really well.
