Fun with Stonehenge and Remix

Apr 26, 2012 14:12

This is so very, very awesome: bouncy-Stonehenge. Oh, for a teleport!

In other awesomeness, I received an amazing remix of my poem Monticello:
Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness (The Hemings Remix) (7577 words) by Anonymous
Chapters: 1/1
Fandom: 18th Century CE RPF, American Revolution RPF, 18th & 19th Century CE RPF, Historical RPF
Rating: Teen And Up Audiences
Warning: Major Character Death
Relationships: James Hemings/Thomas Jefferson, Sally Hemings/Thomas Jefferson, James Hemings & Sally Hemings
Characters: James Hemings, Thomas Jefferson, Sally Hemings, Elizabeth Hemings, Adrien Petit, Abigail Adams
Summary: Loving and hating Thomas Jefferson is easy, if you're a Hemings.

Further on the subject of Remix, I wrote four pieces: my assignment, a pinch-hit, and two Madness things. If anyone guesses what I wrote, I will do a drabble or a ficlet for you.

Still on the writing thing -- today is the last day to nominate fandoms for the medium-sized fandom fic exchange Not Ready For Prime Time. I've nominated Sanctuary, with James, John, Declan, Nikola, Helen and Kate (any one nominator can only nom 6 characters). It would be lovely if The Five as a set got nominated, plus other people!
