Things I've learned from Yuletide
And it's still only at the nominate fandoms stage!
Did you know there is Vinland Saga Manga?! Gonna have to check that out.
Having written for it last year I am even more jazzed about it this year, and looking forward to offering new and more varied fandoms. Now to figure out what I am going to *ask* for....
My Methos-muse will poke his nose in the most extraordinary fandoms, and I have to tell him that A. Highlander is *not* a Yuletide fandom, and B. Crossovers are not part of Yuletide. But there are a couple of ideas there that may bear fruit. For example, Dr Adams is very fond of Jenny Chawleigh Lynton from A Civil Contract.
No one has apparently ever nominated Patricia Nell Warren for Yuletide. I may have to change my nomination, so as to fix that. The Beauty Queen: Bill Laird/Marion Rhodes. I'm just sayin'.
And not-quite-a-gip: new Highlander mischief icon, made by tes_fic. The Amanda-Methos one was amusing, but I got a note about it that made me uncomfortable, so I changed it out for this one, which I actually like rather better.
