Ahaha, I hope filling this questionaire out doesn't require being a creative creature. :) All the best! I hope this can be of some help, even a little. ♥
#01. Mmm, not really no -- I feel like I play it too safe to be really creative. There's a box that I don't feel I'm really thinking out of. I tend to be too practical, and reduce things to the lowest common denominator as an instinctive thing. I look at point B while I'm standing at point A, and I only think in a straight line: I think the creative "type" would see not only more than one route, but a better one. I find myself limited by lack of technique; I don't think the creative "type" is, because their creativity takes them further than where technique allows them to go. (Tl;dr I am a lazy robot.)
#03. a) Comes and goes, I think -- sometimes, you just can't make anything. I stopped for four years and didn't know how to find it again. More recently though, once I start drawing, I have to finish it completely before I can let myself go to sleep. It's like a mood, you have to feel it. b) Nothing with any regularity. See #03.a.
#04. Hmm, being free. Being at a stage when you no longer just are, no longer passive and static, but engaging, interacting. Capable of change and changing.
#05. No -- anything I do is a hobby. I don't think I could handle too much overlap between my hobby and my daily life; it's too personal a thing.
Thank you, hun! I cherished your comment because I liked the responses from someone who doesn't particularly consider herself a creative person. Your answer for number one is written gold, and I'm definitely going to try to incorporate some direct quotes in my paper! (:

#02. Writing, drawing, photography. Baking (cutting and icing cookie shapes totally counts).
