For the first time this year things are starting to look up. Iv applied to become a teacher, Iv applied for Design and Technology in Secondary schools. Everyone I have spoken to has been really positive, it makes a change from the last 4 months were I couldnt even get a job at Lidi! I was looking for architectural work and though many of the architects were really nice to me the end out come was always no. On the possitive side I am defently getting an interview at UWIC because its my old uni! On the down side there are already 20 people on the course and they except 25, but Im not carring about that at the moment. Training to be a teacher will pay as well as my technologist job! And then I would get student loan, DAS and a golden hello of £2,500 on top for it all! Teaching just sounds amazing! Im trying to get some teaching experience, Iv written to school saying Ill work for free, but its 1/2 term so Ill have to wait a little bit.
Peacocks is doing my head in. I have a manager who cries when she dose the banking! For fuck sake your an assistant manager of Peacocks not the head of the U.N. the world will not explode into nuclear war, if something goes wrong. The best part is I always get to work with her because I can do my job and make decisions without crying. Its crap I dont earn enough to pay rent and buy food, my last pay check covered my rent and bills then left me with £17 for everything esle. This month they have cut my hours, so I dont quite know what Im going to do, thankfully Pete has bn amazing throughout this.
I have to get this teacher training, just so its something to look forward to! But just to let you guys know Im about to get 40% vouchers again, holla if you want one. Dont worry Gem and Sez your names are already on the list. Im off to work on my portfolio, I dont know if you need one for teacher training but Im making one I need to be better than the other people going for this.
