For the spn_j2_bigbang Challenge, for temporalranger 's story "Head for the Exits" which is a Superhero!AU and Dean/Cas.
Three paintings, one of which is R rated and NSFW (for nude cuddling in bed). The other two are G rated.

Thank you! I had a colour concept idea in mind for the cover, and then had fun adding in all the little symbolic stuff. Painting the city was difficult (not something I'm good at) but I loved the idea of Cas flying against the night sky, so I had to paint that scene.

OMG!! I'm so happy LJ is now working and that I was able to see this post! It's amazing! Your artwork blows me away every time! They are all beautiful but my favorite one is the second one for the texture, the pose, the town at the background. The wings are amazing too!

*g* Thanks - I wasn't sure if LJ was going to let me post! I'm glad it appears to be up again.

I enjoyed painting Cas' wings, and his costume, and the pose, too. Painting the city was much more difficult. I haven't tried different perspectives before so it was a challenge.
