sunday, sunday, sunday!
so today feels like the most lazy day i've ever had!
spent friday night with katie and chrissy, gossiping at CC's in River Ranch for several hours:)I love girl talk time...then i went to Andy's to hlep him on his paper...didn't get much of that done, but I did find out that he's moving to Houston next week to live there for 4 months working for ATC, an environmental testing company. He'll be doing Chemical Engineering stuff and living with his dad and step-mom. When I found out, I was so happy for him because he did this interview several weeks ago and thought for sure that he hadn't gotten the job. But in fact, he did, and I'm so proud of him---but of course, there was this little ping of sadness inside of me when he told me.
I've gotten used to having him around, even just as a friend at some points. It's going to be wierd not seeing him for so long....he wants me to come visit him so he can take me to the museums and all the good restaurants and maybe an Astros game...I would have fun, especially because libby will be living back in Houston for the summer too. So...i may make a few trips over there.
But, in the meantime, I'll be even more bored here. We ended up spending most of the day yesterday together, after I got back from my cousin's First Communion and crawfish boil. Went see some crazy sci-fi british film "the hitchikers' guide to the galaxy." for the first time EVER, i fell asleep in the movie theatre!!! I hate sci-fi movies..but he was paying so i let him pick. parts of it were funny...but most of it was just WEIRD!
then we came back here and hung out for a while. Today i cooked lunch for him...it was a very nice meal together...and sorta romantic in a way. I am so confused, but I guess i don't need to be because after next week, i'm not going to see him for a while, so i'll have time to think about things.
watched Rocky III and IV today too...i MUST be bored, right?!!
Now I'm going to get dressed and go grocery shopping with my mom because i'm broke and she's buying me much needed thigns:) yay for mom!
Then, painting a little and working on our script for the commercial we're doing for Games this week. I'm nervous! But I think it will be fun!!
