As of now we have had our AT&T u-verse service for about six months now.
So far, so good, except the company pushed out some sort of firmware upgrade that hosed our gateway early Wednesday morning.
Since then I've been on the phone three times as the technical support has tried this or that solution, all to no avail.
And still they have to send someone out tomorrow morning.
Best part is that along the way we "routed" our router settings by doing a hard reset of the unit. And those settings were the result of 90 minutes of customer support back in early February when we were having trouble getting a couple computers online. God knows if I'll ever get the computers back online again. Ugh.
