"The single greatest cause of atheism today is Christians who acknowledge Jesus with their lips, then walk out the door and deny Him by their lifestyle. That is what an unbelieving world simply finds unbelievable."
--i heard this as a prelude to a song, it was whispered so i had to turn it up loud and replay it to hear it. we ask why its so hard to beleive the truth, but to them we live our lives like we dont even beleive it either.
as Christians people do watch us, and the way we act puts a bad rep for Christ. we are the worst of hypocrits and we pay for it through other people, our ignorance and pride effects others' eternal destination..
and whats worse-- no matter how many times we hear this we dont change.
we need change.... iiii need channngeeee.
its quite mind-consuming
--"You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do men light a lamp and put it under the peck measure, but on the lamp stand; and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light shine before men in such a way the they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven." (Matthew 5:14-16)
