(no subject)
Bought the new Alter Bridge album last night. I've been listening to it obsessively and love it as much as their last one. They played here in Milwaukee tonight, but I didn't go. I wish I had, I miss my concert buddy Leah!
I can't wait for Thanksgiving. I'm so glad it's going to be a short week at work, I really need a break. I'm doing pretty well with my Christmas shopping, I'm about half-way done. I need to start working on Christmas cards, I might do that tomorrow when I'm watching the last Nascar race of the season.
Had an awesome chat with Kimi tonight. She's giving her notice next week, so she'll hopefully be done working in Florida sometime next summer. She's going to stay until they find another nanny, which is a pretty long process. I can't wait to have her closer! We've already been making plans for a road trip next summer. Although we might not be able to go if I get pregnant. Not much else going on, just counting the days until Christmas and my vacation and trip up to Minneapolis. It's crazy how much I miss it. Adam doesn't like it here, but he doesn't want to go back to Minneapolis either. *sigh* Anyway, only 40 days until I get to see Kimi!
