small miracles
My Grandmaman (yes, that spelling is correct) was rushed into emergency surgery this morning. Thankfully, the problem turned out not to be cancer, and she survived the surgery. Her recovery's going to be a cautious one since infection is a concern. Anyway, Thank God for small miracles. I'm just awed by the speed of this: from diagnosis to finished surgery in 36 hours...crazy.
