Vacation? Why, it's all I ever wanted.
I just wanted to check in and let my TAR girls et al know that I won't be around tomorrow night for what could probably be a 7-hour TARChat. I kind of forgot about the fact that I'm going on vacation until, like, yesterday. So I'm terribly sorry, but I hope you guys will let me know how it went, right?
I don't even get to see the finale! I'll have to tape it and watch it when we get back, which will be totally anti-climactic.
And one more thing - I ate one of the most ingenious desserts ever last night. Check it - a little mini tiki cauldron of sterno "coals", a selection of dips and toasted coconut, macadamia nuts, etc. and (the coup de gras!) a plate of marshmallows and little wooden spears with which to roast them. How fucking great is that?
