(no subject)
Today was another stupid day. It was snowing pretty hard and I was tempted to skip school, but I went. After my first class, pretty much all of my classmates decided they were going home and skipping our second class so that they wouldn't have to drive in horrible snow later in the afternoon. I decided to be a good student and stay. We have an hour and 45 minutes between the two classes. It wasn't until the end of that break that I found out our second class was cancelled. I swear, the universe is conspiring against me. The store also closed early because of the snow, so I don't have to work tonight. I like working, so that sucks. Also, now that class was cancelled and I have no work, I have no excuse to put off working on my paper. I need to get it done so I can go to Penn State, but I just can't seem to make myself do it. It's so awful.
One downside to not bringing my computer to class anymore is that I now have to do all of my internet catching up when I get home from school. During class, I used to read everyone's statuses, check my mail, pay my bills, shop, etc. Now I can't do that anymore, so I do it when I get home from school. This eats up a huge chunk of time that I should be using to do my homework. It's like I get sucked into my computer. I need to stop that.
I'm hoping once this week is over I'll start feeling better. The snow is making me depressed since it's threatening to ruin all of my plans.
I hate the people in my class more and more everyday. I wonder if they secretly hate me, too. Hmm.
I'm going to try and find something to be thankful for each day, since it seems that I've been so negative lately. I know I have a whole lot of things to be thankful for in my life. Today, I'm extremely thankful for my bed. Seriously. It's the best thing I ever spent money on, and really the only place in my apartment that feels homey to me. I don't even go in my T.V. room anymore. It's weird. But my bed is amazing, and the worst thing I do each day is getting out of it.
