Of course they should. Sex is something that sooner or later, they will find out about; with or without their parents.
I personally think it should be crucial for schools to do it. I don't think this should even be debated. Kids should learn about sex at a decent time in their lives. I think that a natural act such as sex shouldn't be pitched from the school's education, just because some christians think it's not right.
