In honor of the new year, I finally tried (after a year of recommendation by husband) a Neti pot for my nose/sinuses/eyes. Husband gave me my own for Christmas b/c the thought of sharing makes me a little sick. Man it was good. I highly recommend, but I won't suggest that you do it every time I do it.
