I'm doing it, applying for a program in Berlin covered by the American-German Fulbright Association. With the urging of an old professor and the why-not outlook I've adopted, I figured I have nothing to lose and a world of experience to gain. Wish me luck as I apply and await the decision.
Also, the countdown is on. I only have 3 weeks until I become news editor at the paper and therefor give up my life to supply news to the people. It's such an exciting rush and responsibility.
