Better Now

Apparently there is a recipe for pancakes from scratch, but they were horrible. But instead of losing all hope in my cooking skills I decided to make this a project. I will stick with this recipe until I can make freaking amazing pancakes! And the batch today wasn't half bad. I pinched the salt, i might add a little more sugar next time. Whisking seems to work better than stirring, and I think the trick will end up being sifted flour. That should take care of the lumps. All in all...SUCCESS! They weren't half bad. They were even good with the addition of syrup. I give it a few more weeks and I'll be a pancake genius *nods* Maybe I'll have them sorted by my birthday...in two weeks...eep. But awesome. But homework. Ugh.
I did write an interesting tidbit on shorts last night in writer's club, I think I"ll expand on it sometime soon. Only not now.
