Why spiritualmonkey is not getting poker analysis software for his birthday

Pirate has been using Poker Academy Pro for a while now to practice his hold'em. One of the reasons he chose the software, aside from the whizz-bang technology (three, count 'em, three different poker engines... which (as a non-poker player) I gather is a good thing) was that they offered an add-on software package: Prospector. Once the player has played some tens of thousands of hands, the idea goes, they run Prospector to analyze how they're playing and identify where their leaks and weaknesses are. Spiffy.

So a couple of weeks ago, I decided to order Prospector for the monkey's birthday present. But click around as I might on their website, I couldn't find a link to order it. I used their "contact us" form to send a polite inquiry:Hello --

I'd like to purchase Poker Academy Prospector as a gift for my husband, who's been using Poker Academy Pro for some time now. I'm having trouble with the website, however -- when I follow the "purchase" link, the page that comes up (http://www.poker-academy.com/purchase/prospector.php) doesn't offer any way to purchase the software: no "buy now" link, no "add to cart" link, nothing like that.

I disabled my adblocking software and reloaded the page, but that had no effect.

Suggestions?

No "sorry for the inconvenience", no "has he explored the analysis tools that come in Poker Academy Pro?", no nothing.
