Life Insurance
Hi everyone,
I'm a stay at home and just tried to apply for life insurance through my husband's job. They offer spousal life insurance. Well, I'm sure you can guess where this is going...
I was denied. Man, is that a blow to be 30 years old and feel so healthy yet get denied life insurance and to see in black and white, "the reason you were denied coverage is because of your multiple sclerosis."
I don't need a large policy, just $250K. I just want to make sure that if, god forbid, something were to happen to me, my husband would be able to afford childcare and help for the girls.
Do any of you have life insurance? If so, who do you use and is the premium ridiculous because of your MS?
