Pleasent week(end) indeed.
You know, someone once told me that Apple was reliable and user friendly (shut up Noise) but today, oh today, my faith was shattered! I ordered one of thoes new Mac Mini's about three weeks ago now, and today I'm like "right, it's been almost three weeks, time to ring and find out if it's in yet". Now, I was all in good spirits I rang up, gave my invoice number and BAM! "I'm really sorry, but Apple acctually hasn't shipped any of the Mac Mini's since the first shipment went out. There's been some technical difficulty at the factory so no one has them world-wide and they havn't given us a date as to when they are gonna start shipping them." I almost cried. I neeeeeed that computer. How am I supposed to play Worlds Of Warcraft now? And how am I supposed to do my pip on people who play it when I can't get in to ask them questions because they never come out of the game? And how am I supposed to put music on my IPod because none of the other computers work properly?
ARGH life is horrible.
You know what else is horrible, that Brescia Furniture fire. Half that building just dissapeared! After much speculation I've come up with three possible causes for this accident:
1)Insurance scam
2)Careless bum set fire to the workshop accidently
3)Milano down the street set fire to it to boots it's sales
All valid causes I think.
You know it's odd. Considering how close my house is to that place, you'd think we would have been able to see the smoke from me street/backyard. But no. Highly suspicious.
Maybe it was all pretend?
