thanks to that Tenant Protection Act, my landlord broke off the lease with the other people and arranged something else for them. i sign the lease for MY house in a couple hours.
i didn't think the landlord would cooperate as readily as he did. i was expecting a little more reluctance. i think it has to do with the way nick and i talked to him. we were not very aggressive, but we made it absolutely clear that we wanted him to correct his error. and he did!
ahahaha, nick even threw in a line about having to consult his "advisors" (read: his mommy and daddy).
two days of work left, and my attention span is rapidly decreasing. i can barely do one thing for more that 15 minutes. i don't know how people do this for most of their lives.
