Speaking of the moon. Tonight is going to be a lunar eclipse approximately from the after midnight till 4 in the morning. If your sky is clear you could observe it from your backyard for sometime after the midnight. We have heavily clouded sky tonight. I’ll check it out after the midnight anyway, hehe.
“This is no home” Yep! Denna is a strong M’S but she has a brain and of course The Temple is no home! An idiot Cara keeps telling Dahlia that she is going to take her home to the Temple! Arrrrggg! Why she is such an idiot!
I liked so much when they talked about Denna’s mother. Denna is fearful of Snake but she keeps telling her the truth and she still has the courage to defy her. Maybe because she is totally lost and uncertain about anything anymore? She was like the window, caught shiftless between two separated worlds, one protected and one forever uncertain. <3<3<3!!!!
Yes, definitely Denna is close to a breaking now! Breaking in general is like a losing an old world, losing trust, steady footing and feeling unsure of anything at all. But she still has it in her another part, the one that held the more thankless pieces of her, never wanted to surrender and whether she lived one more minute or another hundred years, this part of her always knew more. Probably nothing ever will break Denna completely again. She has the inner strength.
"No…" Denna bucked back, her hair tingling the pores on Snake's cheeks. "You feel like Dahlia," she sneered, "only softer." ILU, Denna! I have a huge smile on my face! She will be punished but at least she had her fun too.
lol Snake is prick!! hahahaha I laughed forever at that, I'm so serious XD Just totally true!! Snake is the easiest character for me to write omg what does that say about me?! But nah I obviously try to make her an older, tougher version of Cara but of course a Cara that never had a Dahlia. I still feel like Cara would learn from her and that Cara loved her Mistress and was eager to learn from her.
omg I didn't see the eclipse, I suck so bad but I saw it last night over the ocean and it was incredible!!! It looked so unbelievably fake. I love the moon, if you can't tell, and I wish we had more of them lol. But I guess having just the one is pretty special too.
Yeah, I don't see Denna as having any real illusions about her life. Whereas Cara can believe it is a home, Denna knows it's not. I kind of love Denna for that too. Although she is proud, it's a different kind of pride. Yeah Denna's poor mother...you just know Snake did awful things to her. I think Denna is totally trying to hang onto herself but also knows that to survive, she should obey and believe Snake...but of course it is in her nature to resist it all. Part of me thinks Denna would rather die than fully bow to anyone so she walks such a fine line. Idk I learn about her as we go, lol

omg can you imagine telling Snake that she feels like Dahlia?! I wanted an insult based on the opening scene of this part and that's totally it. It's also like she was complimenting Dahlia in her own weird way.
Snake is the easiest character for me to write omg what does that say about me?! LOL! It says something, absolutely! I'm not going to analyze it though, haha, cuz I like you and Snake, it tell something about me too. I like that thought that Snake is kind of version of Cara's who grew up without Dahlia. But she is not. Cara is a simple honest creature and Snake is a professor of the human, especially children, psychology. Cara is more like a fighter and adventurous type.
Oh, eclipse! It was eerie, when slowly the bright moon had been overtaken by the shadow. It was cold and strange and quiet.
I suspect why Cara believes that the Temple is her home. Dahlia. Right now she doesn't realize that her home is Dahlia. And baby Denna has no one :( She tries to hang to herself :(
It's also like she was complimenting Dahlia in her own weird way. I like this paradox! And I think I get it.
