Honestly, I was, again, caught up unready and could only be wowed by your darkness! Another amazing update! You never cease to fascinate me and always overcome my expectations!
Even you gave me a hint that Cara is going to be bad in this chapter I couldn’t even imagine that she will go completely nuts. I don’t even say cruel or something, no, it’s like her mind had drifted somewhere else and she just pretends to be in the cottage.
And again you managed to show C/D passion and love! I mean, it sounds absurd but I felt in my heart how they insanely attracted to each other, like some sort of magnets, it’s very animalistic and gives kinda chills.
But at the same time Cara sounded so evil the moment when she didn’t want to hear about rejection!
Awww, Dahlia was so sweet when she very carefully asked about Kahlan and later when she asks “Are you hurt?” How she wanted K to hold her :\
I always tend not to pay much attention to Kahlan (lol, I’m bad!) but this time she was so… idk, I wanted to hug her and pet her head. Lol, your reader gone so soft and emo!
I liked that contradiction in Dahlia’s mind when Cara let Kahlan tend to D. The second that Cara's touch left her, she felt both abandoned and reassured, victimized and valued. IDK, I liked it.
Stupid Cara! Who fucks someone with pneumonia, with a fever? D’s heart rate is already high if not for Kahlan Dahlia could’ve had a massive heart attack that night! Yesterday I was angry, really angry at Cara! I still am now. Arrrgh! And another one is ready to die without a word! Oh, man, they are so messed up! Cara was like Snake! Worse! And proud of it…

Cara definitely had problems here. I see it as it being a mix of so much...relief, denial, jealousy, love, exhaustion, ownership, desperation, etc. It all builds until it needs to be released, I guess. She would do anything to keep Dahlia the way she was before she left her...she just can't express anything normally. I see her sometimes using sex as her preferred way to communicate anyway.

Trust me, this was one rare time when I would've liked her to be fluffy about it too (like X/G in One Against an Army) but that's just not her...hehe at least not yet but who knows with me!! XD

<3 lol part 10 is coming along. Guess they didn't like staying in part 9 at all. Oh it definitely feels like sometimes they live their own lives like Valerie! XD Sometimes, I can even be heard saying thing aloud like "no, Cara wtf..."
Communication is hard for Cara. She probably feels like she has no real use for it and that Dahlia should know her.
I think Snake is such an interesting character and I truly liked their brief dynamic in the show now that I've seen it a couple times...it was totally twisted and provided a ton of room for interpretation
Agree that Snake had very interesting dynamic with Cara. I was wondering why she even brought the water to C? And why attended the trial? ok, she didn't know that Rich was a Lord Rahl and Cara couldn't lie to him but still I felt like she had another agenda. idk...
