OMG!!! Thank you so much, my teary Gizmo, you've definitely made my night in so many ways! As always, I'm so honored you can feel so tremendously and deeply for their story. *huggggs* I am also so ultra relieved you liked this update, I was actually pretty unsure about it!! XD Cara truly is Shorty the Owner LOL!! I'm only just beginning to know her, I think...
I guess I like our heroines too much and can’t be calm anymore then something sad or horrible happen to them. Awwww you don't know how much I love that! I know this journey can be brutal for them but I think it will always make their good times more precious and appreciated :D
She didn’t believe her Mistress expertise and got a few punches in a face for her sudden defiance! hahaha so true!! I sorta added that scene just for you cuz YEAH she deserved it and she needs to know that! Cara cares! lol
The apple moment...oh geez it's funny cuz I always laugh hysterically whenever I read about Kahlan making soup or Zedd picking fruit but it can actually be a pretty decent bonding experience...they both need food to survive so the fact that they wanna feed each other is so sweet XD
Lol! I wouldn't be so teary if not for your girls! I enjoy the story and the update was great: I still can't forget Cara and Dahlia with Snake, it's going to haunt me for some time. It was pretty disturbing and very emotional to me for real.
All heroines are very complicated and nothing is simply. I love the way you portrayed them-darkness, coldness w/o empathy and brutal violence mixed with child's purity and such tender selfless love in the hearts (sometimes I think "Fuck, I couldn't do it for my love" and feel a shame, lol!)
Lol! Your food moments end up with disaster! Like once Kahlan crawled to make a dinner for Shorty and later was found dead or this time she even didn't get to the apple: Cara basically pushed/punched her away to kill the snake and later K was busy 'distracting' C from her grim memories. I guess you don't cook much, lol!
For Snake, Cara and Dahlia, ok like in Eternity, right after Dahlia says "remember when we were little girls..." Cara gets this look in her eyes and pulls her head back in a way that really haunted me. It only lasts a second, maybe not even, but it was so powerful that I kept going back to it as I tried to understand more about where they came from, I guess. Plus I also can't escape the idea that Dahlia seems to have some decent level of guilt when she talked about herself being weak back then so...also I don't think that's the last of Snake in this ;)
(sometimes I think "Fuck, I couldn't do it for my love" and feel a shame, lol!) Awww yes you would!! :D I just know it!
lol I'm so busted, no I don't cook and probably never will! XD
I've finally caught the look! I had to replay it 4 times, lol, I wasn't focused enough to notice it. It was going for like half a sec but wow! It was so powerful! Like all the memories flooded into Cara but she immediately took control over herself. Yeah, Dahlia feels guilty and grateful to Cara for being strong for the both then.
Lol, you might learn to cook eventually. It's not that hard especially if someone else would appreciate it ;)

But yeah, that snake was pretty doomed, poor guy!
