woke up with rain on my head
fucking rain! our first game got cancelled on sunday because of a little rain. bullshit i tell you... but the good news is that every team that was supposed to play on sunday was given a win, so we are now going to make the playoffs for sure. the other good news is that we get to play this sunday which i'm excited about even though i will be doing nothing but math shit until then. so much to do so little time to do it in. i guess that's always the case when you procrastinate.. oh well, all of this work will make the summer that much more relaxing and whatnot.
i dont really have any interesting stories except for this one. i often visit a place called 'smokers world' to buy smokes and shit. it is pretty close to the math building and i often need to smoke these days. anyway, the place is owned by this little arab guy and his wife. they sell little birds there for some reason. so being the friendly guy that i am to stranges, i talk with this guy and shoot the shit with him. so a couple of weeks ago i go in there and we say hello. then he gives me this big smile and says, "you really have a beautiful beard. i dont know if it is because you have a small face or what, but that beard is really good looking on you." did that make my month? yes it did. beard #7 really works magic on 50 year old arab males.
