You may recall The Bloke's sister died in January leaving a very simple will.
Phoenix have refused to pay the money from her policy.
Their "service" department tries hard not to answer and, once they stop passing you around, will not tell you anything and "can't" pass you to anyone senior.
They are offhand beyond the point of lazy indifference.
It took The Bloke some considerable time to find how to register a complaint and he works in the insurance business and has some idea of how it is supposed to be done.
Got a letter saying they would look at the complaint.
Nice of them.
Not a word about paying out.
If I had a daughter I would forbid her to marry them!
