Britannia Coventry Hotel

Following their visit to the above in February The Bloke wrote to Britannia Hotels detailing some of the failing of the hotel.

The response shown below came at once but has been followed by a deafening silence.
Can it be that Head Office take comments seriously but the management of the hotel considerer them beneath their notice?
It would go some way to explain the dismal state of the hotel.

"Thank you for your recent email and for taking the time to offer your feedback regarding your recent stay at our Britannia Coventry Hotel.
We apologize if the facilities and service provided on this occasion did not meet your expectations and therefore your comments have been forwarded to the General Manager of the Coventry hotel for their response. They aim to reply, in writing, as quickly as possible and you will receive communication within the next 28 days.
All comments will only be responded to by the Hotel General Manager or their management team on behalf of the company".

Very sad as at one time DeVere, as it was known, was the best hotel in the town and had a reputation for excellence.
