Drifting Away ... Coming Back ...
Well this has been an interesting few days ... to say the least! I am happy to announce that I made yet another new friend, although this one cost over $100 and is an animal. Hmm ... that's right folks, I got a ferret! It is so much fun!!
Now let's see ... yesterday I worked at the library. Go figure, I work there every day. Nothing really exciting happened - I wrote an article for the local paper, which is really good I might add. Today, I typed up some letters to sponsors and concluded the adult reading program.
The Rec. Center, yeah - I hate that job with a passion. I worked for three hours, but marked down 5. It's not my fault I never got the message that two groups cancelled. Piss pots. So, I was playing tennis and getting paid for it! Ha - take that Beth. I am making good money playing tennis, a whole $7.75 an hour :) And, I almost have the high score on the pinball game. Only 1 million points out of first. I currently hold second through fourth place!
Spoke with Brandon tonight ... he is going to be my campaign manager for my bid to unseat Joe Hune for the Michigan House of Representatives in 2006! And, in order to do that, I have decided to run for Mayor of the City of Howell in 2005, and Vice Chair of the Livingston Republican Party next Thursday!! I love politics, can't ya tell? If you want to help on the campaign committee's, let me know ...
In other news, Poppy did not make it out to Howell tonight. It was sad. I will have to cry about it some other day though, cause I was tired and it really worked out well in the end. I have a meeting in the morning with my Vice Chair of Competition, from Canada, regarding Nationals and so I get to rest before that. Not to mention Poppy time has been moved to tomorrow, so we still get to hang out and all that good and grand stuff :)
