Tis the season for insanity...oh wait isn't it always supposed to be insane?
So I was realizing it's been way too long that I've posted anything. I have been extremely busy, moved, new job, moved my mom, had major family drama. One of my sister's left her husband after 20 years of abuse, at one point physical, but in the last 10 years it's been emotional and psychological abuse. Although the drama that is unfolding around the separation and what took place to get her to this point has been stressful my whole family is happy that she has finally left.
I'm so broke this year that I had determined that I was only buying gifts for the kids, now I'm not even sure if I can do that. One I don't have a clue when I will get it done as now I'm working straight through till the 23rd and then I'm away on the 23rd to get my old room mate and her daughter from the city I moved from. They're from Korea and have no family in Canada and have never had a Canadian Christmas. My mom invited them up before craziness insued on our family but we are sticking to our guns and bringing them up.
I get paid Christmas eve so I may have to do a mad dash into a couple stores and grab the older kids some giftcards...or just the boys. I have to buy for 3 boys and 3 girls and I have 2 of the girls presents already, just need one for one of the little ones.
