PART I - Introduction LOLOLOL it was more difficult than I expected to write this down in a comprehensible(?) form. XDDD
( everything that is written down here was plotted/rambled onto together with
ew_younerd, with imputs from the sorting of
sweettart1823 and whoever imputed her too, and my beloved
kitten_21 of course).
Okay… now this is hard to re-write down, but for starters, and to give people an idea of the age blocks and such maybe the best thing to do is to write down who was attending wich year for the first year the youngest of the batch spent in Hogwarts.

Backstories and jobs!
Alfred Pennyworth is the headmaster!
I haven’t decided the whole set of teachers yet but Zatanna Zatara is head of Ravenclaw and
teach Charms, while Bruce Wayne teaches Defense against the Dark Arts. Buddy Baker and Mari McCabe share Care of Magical Creatures. .. and OMG I don’t remember who teaches what else Tati help me… D:!
… should Barry teach potions…?
Beside this, Bruce is also a Auron and so are Oliver Queen and his partner Dinah Lance, Barry Allen, Diana Prince and Clark Kent, John Stewart, Katma Tui and a lot of other heroes….
Bruce Wayne comes from a very wealthy family of wizards, but his father was a medimagus that was killed by dark wizards and that’s a great driving force for him to become a very good auron. While on a mission in Romany, he happened to fight some dark wizards that hide themselves in a magicall circus. During the fight, a courageous wizard named John Grayson, his wife and the brother of his wife, Jacob Todd attacked the wrongdoers in order to protect the people attending the performance, and were killed in the process. Wayne, feeling responsible for their death and because he saw a lot of himself in them, adopted the two young children of the destroyed family, the cousins Richard Grayson and Jason Todd.
He eventually has some connection with muggle world as well. A loyal ally of him is Scotland Yard commissioner Jim Gordon, and the relationship between the two has become even deeper since his daughter Barbara received the letter for Hogwarts and Bruce Wayne put her under his wing. Another protégé of him is Cassandra Cain, a young girl he found while on a mission in the far east that he adopted as well, and Timothy Drake, a young and talented wizard he has put his eyes on. Timothy is probably half-blood, as his father Jack is a muggle but he suspects his wife was once a witch.
Clark Kent, another formidable wizard and head of the aurons, is married to the muggle Lois Lane. His friend/enemy since schooldays is the wealthy Lex Luthor, from a powerfull pureblood family, that is on his way to become Minister of Magic.
Diana Prince belongs to a clan of witches that calls themselves the Amazons. His mother Hyppolita is the current head of this circle of witches, that practice a very ancient kind of magic who can be used only by women chose by their oracle, a magic lazo who is able to seen into the heart of who holds it and won’t keep bounded those who are worthy of using the Amazon’s magic. Part of this clan is also her younger sister Donna Troy and the muggleborn Cassandra Cain.
Oliver Queen is muggleborn but very wealthy, and he uses some of his fortune to help kids that lost their family. Over the years he adopted the orphans Roy Harper and Mia Dearden. He also has a natural son, Connor Hawke, that comes from the far east and only started to attend Hogwarts in his third year. He is in a relationship with his partner and fellow auron Dinah Lance. She is not of a great pureblood family but her parents both are wizards.
A very close friend of Oliver Queen is Harold Jordan, the champion of Irish Quidditch Team and one of the best seeker the world has even know. Hal is halfblood as only his father Martin was a wizard. Martin tragically died while performing a complicate magic and his mother did not want that Hal kept studying at Hogwarts after that - his brothers both are muggles - but he wanted already to be a professional quidditch player and the relationship with his family became rough also because of that.
Hal is also good friend with John Stewart and his wife Katma Tui, that both work for the Ministry of Magic, and with the magical inventor and potion master Barry Allen and his wife Iris.
Wally West is the nephew of Iris, his mother is a witch but she’s given up magic and his father Rudolph simply hate that Wally has received the letter and wouldn’t have let him go if Iris and Barry did not convinced him.
Sinestro is a dark wizard of Indian origins, and one of the most powerfull Death Eaters. He has a daughter, Soranik Natu, that he’d always disappointed in as she’s a very sweet and clumsy girl that only wants to use her magicall talent to be a good medimagus. Soranik is not fully aware of the illegal stuff her father is doing, anyway…
Ras’al Ghul is Durmstrang’s headmaster and a Death Eater as well.
Slade Wilson is a dark wizard and secretly one of the Death Eaters too. Both of his wifes are dead and his surviving son and daughter both have a very difficult relationship with him. The reason why Joseph Wilson doesn't speak in this Au is that one day, when he was a kid, he happened to find the secret books of dark magic of his father and read somethings about Trigon. He got caught by Slade - that, in a fit of anger/fear the boy might reveal what he has read and get caught either by the aurons or his pals death eaters - jinxed Joey so that he wouldn't be able to talk nevermore. He erased from the boy's head the fact he was the one cursing him into silence forever but he was not able to remove for completely the memory of what he had read about Trigon and that's why Joey was one of the first to believe Rae and stuck by her side unconditionately even later on.
Raven Roth has been sheltered for a big part of her life by her mother Arella, terrified of revealing to her daughter she is actually the daughter of Trigon, who must not be named, but she sort of knows, inside of her heart, that that’s something terrible about her origins. (We still have to decide how the Trigon’s plot turn out in detail in the Hogwarts years so, you’ll know about it later)
Pamela Isley was once a very promising student and very skilled in herbology, but then one day she disapperared and when she was back, she was changed in the scary dark witch nicknamed Poison Ivy.
The Joker is a weird and dangerous individual, apparently associated with anyone, of unknown name. They said he once tried to make it in Hogwarts but that turned out to be a Squib, and it drove him insane.
Harvey Dent once was a good Auron and a fellow auron of Bruce Wayne, but an incident that costed him half of his face changed him forever…
(maybe I’ll ramble more about other people in the next post…)
Mood! - Inside the houses…
(this is shamefully copypasted……XD;)
Gryffindor is similar to the HP books in atmosphere - everybody seems to get along quite right but also some groups are looking down on others a lot. XD
Dick, Roy and Wally are great friends and a lot less jelous of each other (especially Wally and Roy) than in the canon. They also lead a much more quite life than in canon and so are less... well, stressed. Whatever, they are really good friends. BUT... they sport some sort of big brother loving annoyance toward the youngers starting from Jay, Kyle, Jesse and Jenny down to Steph, Mia, Conner & co. BUT... the girls won't stay put and are not taking their crap - so they conquered the respect of the amazing trio proving themselves to be kickass wizards and - some of them - great quidditch players. (Jesse is probably a reserve in the team, too).Otherwise, Jason, Kyle and Grant never reallywon a ounce of respect from Dick, Wally and Roy, that kept treating them as children for all of their school years. Dick is completely sheepish around Barbara, even if she's just one-two year older than him - he had a secret crush on her as a kid and never get past this complex (a lot like Kyle with Donna).
Hufflepuff is Miss Donna Troy's kidergarten, and she cherish and mothers all of her housemates as the awesome nanny she's always been in her heart. And she has a quite easy job with that. In her years in school, the house is populated with the sweetest individuals that ever hanged around the superhero business magicall world and that would rarely, if not at all, clash with each other.
The only conflicts I can see arise are actually with other houses members, not among the Hufflepuff gang. ALSO none in the house crushes on Donna - well, maybe the girls, a little.
Eddie and Gar are getting along wonderfully, as they are so similar - Vic is Gar's best friend forever but Eddie comes close second. Connor is friend with all the girls and everybody thinks he is gay.
Ravenclaw made of very brilliant and nice people but... they all are a little absorbed by their own business and not really inclined to socialize. Iolande and Soranik are best friends but also their friendship is somehow... very polite in the exterior. The obvious exception to this is the little club made by the quidditch team members Ralph, Ted and Michael, that are complete crazies and do the most terrible jokes and pointless jinx all over the school. Bart is desperate to join them but he is just a kid and they never took him in.
Slytherin In general is living one of his down moments, aka it's mostly populated by idiots and lunatics. There is a few people like Jade and Maxwell that are really set on a path that would lead them to join the Death Eaters, while the majority of them are losers that would never aim to anything this high but that's a good thing for the first group as they serve as some sort of 'coverage' for them, since they are the one that came up with the most visible ruckus, people like the Rogues, Todd...
Nigma thinks he is smarter than anyone around and tries to look them from above but got kicked a lot because he is mudblood. Tara and Raven are in the same year and they can't stand each other. Tara desperatly wants to do something great and is pissed that Raven has apparently that much dark potential but keeps it secret somehow.
Next time you'll have romance and the first part of the plot, but now I have to go back to the lab or I'm not going hom tonight XDDD;
