best things of the weekend were...
Dizze fuckin' Rascal. He was immense.
Kasabian. I was off my face for them but they were ace.
Bloc Party. Very good, though i missed the first half of the set cos i watching Franz Ferdinand play a set in the vip area. I was very impressed by their main set as well.
Libs+Razorlight were good. Carl looked like he was rushing through the set though. The band obviously have issues, so fair enough.
Streets were also good.
Other highlights include shouting "Parva" at the Kaiser Cheifs. Stuart knows what i'm talking about...
I got them vip passes but i was rarely back there. I only went first time to see what it was like (and ended up seeing franz). Then to meet Ali+Dexy, and then just to use the toilets. Saw Nicky Wire and Charlotte from Ash though, which was nice.
I felt a bit odd throughout the weekend though. It was probably how wrecked i got on friday.
Well, that's summer over now. I'm gonna go back to college probably (gotta re-apply in the next few days) and really find a job. I got a few things to look forward to, gigs, rehearsals, more demoing, so it's all good. On top of that, Natalie from Bournmouth will be coming next month. It'll be nice to see her.
