Aesop's B & Tea Balancing Toner
So I was having lunch with some friends at Maxwell Food Centre one afternoon. One of them works for Aesop and is stationed at its retail outlet along Club Street, a stone's throw away from where we were having lunch. When I visited the store and asked for a recommendation for a toner, he directed me to "Aesop's B & Tea Balancing Toner".
The entire range of Aesop's products smell amazing, and this toner is no exception. There is a strong hint of green tea in the scent, with some floral and herbal after tones, which is very pleasant especially when applying at night before bedtime. Application on the skin feels light, cooling and very enjoyable. But most importantly, I found it to be very suitable for my slightly sensitive complexion.
With a few days of usage combined with my usual SKII FTE regime, I can see and feel an improvement in skin texture, brightness and evenness in colour. I look forward to every usage as I really like the natural-smelling scent of the product. At $73 for a 200ml bottle, I thought the price was a bit steep initially. But I am glad I took the plunge to try it out, and found a good product in the process.
