Summary: Starting from the Shinsengumi headquarters, smoking has been banned all over Edo. Desperate for nicotine, chain-smoker Hijikata leaves the Earth for smoking-OK planet Hamek. But there he learns that Breeza has killed many people including the cigarette maker.
