But it is! In Europe, Asia and South America, even in some countries of the Middle East, it is very famous! Only...old. And the new series is...well...I wouldn't get attached to it if I were a kid these days.

Btw, today I have finally read some of my doujinshis in the TezuOishi stack and going both aaaaaw and WHOAHAHAHA at some of them. Man, they are so much on crack sometimes...And I love Oishi to pieces *__* I might share the crackiest soon. I am sure you have it. It's everybody x Oishi, called "Baby Baby ME ME ME". Also, there is one OishiTezu of some sorts, called "Orewabuchoudeomaefukubuchou" or something XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD Even Tsubasa and Hyuga have a cameo.

Untrue ;) Captain Tsubasa (the ple AND the recent series) aired again in France and I know of several little boys who fell in love with the series (well, OK, they're between 4 and 6 years-old XD)

^___- Have you seen the dôjinshi "Prince of Police"... they're made after the little snapshot in "band of Princes kick the future" where we see Tezuka, Oishi and Kikumaru starring in a police-sentai >__> Like, total crack.

Ah, if I wa only able to know the names of all my dôjinshi ;) Or maybe I just don't have it !

I wasn't that much older when I first watched it...
