The future
I am not a particularly 'mystical' sort. I do however trust my instincts. McCain was not a great choice, but both logically and on an instinctive level, Obama is a worse choice to me. I could explain the logic side, but at this stage, what does it matter since he has already won? Instinctively though, I feel it on the horizon. In the next year or so sometime, something bad is going to hit. Things will go downhill from there. I have a strong sense that if I am not where I need to be with things in 3 years, I am going to get myself caught up into some really nasty events. Will the US stand whole after whatever it is is done? I don't know. I just know where my instincts tell me I need to be and how I need to go about it.
To date, my instincts have /never/ been wrong when I have felt this way. I hope for everyone's sake that I am wrong. Change is indeed coming, just remember that not every change is a change for the better.
