Amy Acker is in Dollhouse too!?!?! Yays! I won't be able to watch it tonight, probably but I'll find it tomorrow to check it out.

and I'm just so pissed with the whole Bones crap. *sigh* Fox is all screwed up and they have too many shows in my opinion and don't know which ones to actually care about. They can't even keep the shows they've had on for a few years in a steady schedule and they keep adding shows like "Lie to Me" and "Dollhouse". Grrrrrrr. Not that those shows are bad or going to be. Just.....grrrrrrr!!!! I wish I could just like shows that are on HBO or Showtime, then I don't have to worry about this stuff.

and your video was Fantabulous!!! *loves* *huggles* and *squees*

Glad you are feeling much better. Yays! :) :) :)

Yep, Amy Acker! I don't know how large or small her role is, but we'll definitely see her. I am excited.. I loved her in Angel!

Fox cares about American Idol and I think that's all. It makes sense because the ratings for it are so high, but it's worrisome that they push off other awesome scripted shows for more reality shows. It's annoying that show needs two and three nights a week. I'm only sad about the lack of Bones. I actually am watching American Idol when I remember it's on so I don't hate the show. But scripted shows are so much better!

That's the sad life of scripted shows at the moment. Too bad for me, since I watch like no reality television. Then I'd actually be able to see shows on schedule! In my opinion, the only fun part of American Idol is the first couple weeks when its the tryouts and they show all the bad people getting criticized. But its so horribly mean. I can't really watch it.

And I hear that once we make it through Feb., Bones is supposed to be back uninterrupted. And that's going to be for what...the last 4 episodes of the season? *le sigh*

This is the schedule as far as I've heard:

2/12--PREEMPTED
2/19--The Princess and the Pear
2/26--PREEMPTED
3/05--PREEMPTED
3/12--The Bones that Foam
3/19--The Salt in the Wound
3/26--The Doctor in the Den
4/02--The Science in the Physicist
4/09--The Cinderella in the Cardboard
4/16--Mayhem on the Cross

I've also heard, though can't confirm, that we'll have 26 episodes this season. So through Mayhem on the Cross that's 21 and there would be five more. What I can't wait for is to see six new episodes in six consecutive weeks! Bring it on!

Love that icon by the way. I'm using a bare chest icon, if only to make me feel better. :)

Glad you're feeling better!

As for Dollhouse I've seen all the fannish squee but haven't accessed any of it because there's no guarantee that it'll get picked up in the Old Country, where I am.

I'm with you on Bones. (See icon). I had a little rant much along the lines of your thoughts in someone else's journal.

Over here Sky show the series and they must be as fed up as we are with the chopping and changing and stopping and starting. If I didn't want to join in the discussions on here I would almost want to wait until the dvd came out and view in one fell swoop. I like continuity of time at least seeing as we get little in the actual show.

Do they want to end it after season 4, cos that's what they seem to be doing? I don't think it ever really recovered from the writers' strike.

I've heard Hart saying that we'll probably get 'blah blah' (I can't remember what he said exactly) in season 5 so he's definitely looking in that direction. And Bones is doing SO good in the ratings department. I can't see Fox even entertaining the idea that they would want it gone. Did you see the ratings last week? It took over the 8pm time slot! That is exciting, at least to me. :) At least the moving and preempting hasn't been a bad thing for the show, so far. It's just majorly annoying to the viewers! We want our BONES! I am not a patient person when it comes to fandom stuff, I'm afraid. *sigh*

Well as long as Hart is keen that gives me more hope. I don't know about ratings, but that sounds positive for the last show.

Still with you: I'm impatient too and I find when I've been waiting weeks I tend to get disappointed with the episode they show because I've been waiting so long. At least with other shows of the past you could say to yourself, well next week might be better. But with Bones you might have to wait three weeks for another fix. It tends to put a strain on things!

I am SO excited for Dollhouse!! Joss wins at life, lol. And yea I'm with you on being annoyed with Fox not airing Bones more consistantly. I mean I get that there have to be some weeks without a new ep...but this is ridiculous!

Love your icon and it's totally appropriate. I just love Joss' works.. Buffy, Angel, Firefly. Great imagination, great drama.

I mean I get that there have to be some weeks without a new ep...but this is ridiculous!

Seriously! Playing the eps with two and three weeks in between EACH ONE is torture. And isn't that bad for a show to keep the public's interest? Grr Argh.

Awww avatar love! ♥ Mine has nothing to do with Bones, but wanted to post it to you anyway. Hee!

You are too too kind to me about the vid. Maybe it did knock that sickness away! :)

I do not even deserve such kindness! I was really shocked, and it is a beautiful book. Did you see some of these pictures? LOL LOVE the one of Booth in his boxers! Yum.
