Hmm, I'm probably not allowed to be this lucky! I've always been a very lucky person though, everything has always worked out, somehow.
Turns out they're having a breakthrough in MS treatment. Humans exist for thousands of years, then I get some disease, and then they find a great treatment for it the year after. Good timing! Pills will be on the market as soon as Q4 2010, (approx when Scream 4 is released :D:D) so that's when i'll start popping. The pills themselves won't make things better, but they'll slow the disease down, perhaps even to a standstill. Since I have the relapsing kind, time might even makes things better as I'll have more time to get better between relapses, which will occur less often or never.
It's not like they haven't had a treatment before though, it's just that this treatment is relatively cheap, available for everyone who wants it and it doesnt give you syphilis and ebola instead
