Hey all...
I couldn't remember the last time that I updated... so here it goes.
I got a call from my Dad (which is a rare thing) and he told me that my Grandma had given me $1000. I was ecstatic for a few reasons. Number one, I could sure use $1000, especially this time of year. Number two, I was happy that my parents told me about it. They didn't have to. They could've kept the money. I, of course, am flying to Jacksonville to meet the girl of my dreams. Yay for me! I am also going to catch up on ALL of my bills. Yay for me... and my bill collectors. Heh.
Anyway, I will be going to get the money on Sunday, which means that I have to see my Mom and Dad. I am nervous (as I always am) about seeing them. I just hope it goes well. I'm not sure that the money is worth putting up with the hell that they give me when I see them. We'll see how it goes.
Anyway, work has been hectic, with all the crazy shoppers. Blah. It's hard to keep the store looking good with everyone buying everything off of the shelves. LOL. I am very happy for the sales though.
I just found out today that CVS may buy Osco. I don't know what that means for me yet. We'll have to see.
