Rhonda got her second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine last night. She reports that her arm is a bit sore, and the soreness has started to spread a bit, but she doesn't have a fever like I did, and she feels generally all right.

I walk through downtown Vancouver to a spot at Coal Harbour that the Internet tells me has happy hour until 6. So I can still make it there in order to get a glass of wine at reduced cost.
Soon I'll be able to visit the US again. Until now I would have needed to quarantine when I came back. So, I have some staring at my calendar to do; I have a feeling I'll be filling it up with plans pretty much immediately.

Sitting by the water. People in weird little boats are floating by. Today is a mostly clear day. Warm for Vancouver. A heat wave is expected in the coming week.

I got married two months and one day ago. Remembering that I'm with Rhonda is always reassuring.
