Last year was by far and away our most successful year yet - so many new players! As such, we're going to keep last year's changes in place for now, which means if you do not already have an AO3 account, PM or Tumblr message me about getting an invite.
I'm also taking the participant limit away from including the story banners because, well, they were fun to make and really added a lot to the reveal, so starting this year everybody will automatically earn a custom banner for their gift no matter how many people sign up.
The only real change is that we're sliding the schedule forward a bit. Our master schedule wrangler, fleurlb, will be traveling for the holidays, and we'd like her to be able to fly without worry about us distracting her.
(Also, I won't be signing up for any other holiday exchanges, but that's a commitment I'm making as much to myself as to you guys...)
So, to recap:
