This sounds like good possibilities. We're planning to be in the Gulf coastal areas (from, say, Baton Rouge to Mobile) Monday through Thursday next week, but we've got our own wheels and an travel anywhere in the area.

And if you're familiar with housing situations, and neighborhoods, so much the better!
