Played a bit farther in the game and enjoying it; while the story isn't anything special, it's competently done and has a sense of humor. Gameplay's fun, and the Georama is going to be a huge time sink - I can easily see myself grinding away for items and game-currency to keep upgrading my town. So far my georama is level 2, with four residents; I have three more recruits waiting for housing once I expand to level 3.
Haven't done too much with the binding and weapon/armor enhancement as yet, but that looks potentially addicting as well. Some of these ingredients can be purchasable in a Georama if you level it up enough/correctly - miners for ores, farmers for flowers and plants, etc. (Your Georama has its own merchants, whose stock changes according to the residents in town. Also, your residents will occasionally give you items, and some Georama parts (like the herb garden) will occasionally produce items of their own.)
