A couple of months ago, my mom was driving us (me, my brother, and my then-girlfriend) somewhere, and out the window we saw some lady on a bike--or at least she WAS on a bike--who got hit by a car. She was lying on the side of the road with paramedic-type people inspecting her when we drove by. She was all bloody and not moving.

My brother and I laughed. I think my mom is a failure.
