Damn. We just bought a Mac specifically to test websites in Safari!

Until Safari has decent DOM support for both Windows and MacOS (unless of course this version does) I see no reason to get excited. Firefox is the best browser. Stupid Apple.

This is the 3.0 version that will be final w/ release of Leopard in October - They also have this as a preview for OS X 10.4.9

For me Safari in Windows is better than firefox in terms of speed, stability and resource usage.

In OS X, it's the reverse.

The world is crazy.

It's also another browser for us to support. Don't we have enough already? People still use Netscape for God's sake...

ugh, not another browser that I have to designer for. I never really cared about safari, only tested on it for the bigger sites. FireFox and Opera, all teh way!

I too has Safari on Windows. Although until I can get mouse gestures, I'm not even considering switching.
